Preheat a grill. Before grilling, skewer the chicken cubes and fig halves alternately on skewers, without shoving them right up against each other.
Grill on both sides until the chicken in fully cooked, about 10 minutes.

Had to reconstitute dried figs, but the dish came out fantastic. Watch your show all the time, love it.

Figs are in season so go buy them and make these for your next dinner party! I made most of the items from this episode for my last party and my guests raved all night about these. I followed the recipe to a tee, didn't change anything. The grilled figs were a big hit. Thanks, Laura.
