Great dish! Made it with trimmed top blade chuck; served it with homemade bread and green beans & almonds.

An absolute must for this dish is a good bread to sop up the wonderful juices! Great Laura recipe as usual!

Made the recipe and let it cool down completely per directions. Reheated for the first meal and it was delicious. The meat was fork-tender, flavors full but delicate and not as heavy as a traditional roast. Perfect amount of meat, onions and liquid. I served it with creamed potatoes, cauliflower gratin and fresh sauteed green beans. Beautiful dinner.
