    Oh wow! I let the brie and butter sit out for about an hour before putting this all together. This is my new favorite lazy Saturday lunch. It was so delicious; I couldn't stop audibly saying "Mmm" with every bite. I can't believe I never thought of this on my own.

    Melts in your mouth, the simple and delicious. I used the extra creamy Brie and european butter. Great with white wine and so quick and easy to make!
