Very tasty, relatively easy to make for someone who doesn't bake much.
Light, not heavy, with a rich, deep chocolate taste.

This cake is delicious! I made with 3.5 oz of 70% and 3.5 oz of 85% Green and Black's Organic Chocolate because that's what I had in my pantry. Served it with vanilla ice cream and homemade almond scented whipped cream. It looks beautiful, easy to make and tastes wonderful! I will make this again.

Easy to make. Delicious and very moist. I would definitely make again and thus would recommend making it. Added a pinch of salt and vanilla to it in addition to semi sweet chocolate instead of bittersweet. If using bittersweet then I would consider using powder sugar if you are wanting something a little sweeter. Buon Appetito!!!

very simple and very, very tasty. I used Splenda instead of sugar and it worked fine. Served it with raspberry whipped cream and fresh raspberries. I am trying a double batch tomorrow.
