Directions

Melt the butter with the garlic. Remove from the heat and allow to infuse. Heat the oil in a large pot and add the popcorn, tossing to coat. Cover and shake the pot over high heat until all the kernels have popped. Remove the garlic from the butter and pour the butter over the popcorn. Toss. Sprinkle with the herbes de provence, celery salt and salt, and toss again. Voila.

    I got some Herbs de Provence from William Sonoma for Christmas and wanted to do something different. LOVED THIS!!!!! I made this exactly as written and then again w/ an extra garlic clove. I'm going w/ the extra garlic. My favorite way to eat popcorn now!

    It really is tasty! We were watching the show when this recipe came on. I realized I had all the ingredients, so I got to work on it. The entire family loved it. I didn't use as much garlic and seasoning as she calls for just because I didn't know if we'd like it, but it was a hit so next time I won't go as lightly on the seasonings!
