I have one market that sells the creme fraiche, and I was very excited to prepare this dish. My daughter does not like string beans, but she had three servings of this dish.

I didn't have creme fraiche on hand so I substituted with a cream cheese....My husband loved it...I thought it was good but I think the creme fraiche would make it fantastic.
