Awesome and easy. My kids and I use to order this dessert when we lived in Manhattan at Cafe Deville (sadly now closed. It was called Chocolate Volcano. Kids love to help make it!!

This caught my attention and I made it immediately -- HUGE success and SO easy. I added a bit of Cointreau and Kahlua the next time and nobody seemed to mind that! Makes the chocolate separate, but one day I'll get it down!
Also, I use Lindt Chocolate bars with Sea Salt or Intense Orange -- off the shelf -- and add a dash of cayenne and a tsp of finely ground coffee to the chocolate.
And I LOVE Laura Calder!
