Delish. EZ. Sliced pork tenderloin, sauteed and removed to warm oven. Then made sauce, stirring in mustard at end.

Delicious & so easy - my family loved it! I had to use cream instead of creme fraiche or sour cream since that's what I had...also, I used parsley vs. rosemary. This is perfect for dinner parties...

This recipe is fantastic. I used thick pork chops because that's what I had on hand. My children gobbled it and asked for a third serving.

Excellent flavor. Easy recipe. Instead of pork loin, I used center cut pork chops and pan fried in pan. Wonderful flavor. Will make again and again!

This was incredibly easy and the sauce was decadently delicious. Makes wonderful leftovers. I will make this dish over and over and is definitley one I will use when entertaining.
Agree with other reviewer - cut cooking time for pork tenderloin.

I made this for my family of five last night. We all absolutely loved it. The sauce is to die for. Definitely a dish to make for some friends next. The only thing missing was some nice french music!

This pork is amazing! It was a hit with the entire family the first time I made it. Both kids love it and my husband and I were trying to find more things in the kitchen to wipe up the lovely sauce with! I'm making it right now and I'll serve it with her buttered cabbage recipe. Yum!!

gave it 5 so reviews wouldnt be too skewed, havent made but sounds yummy, but do not, DO NOT roast pork tenderloin for 1 hour and 45 minutes
they take about 20-25 minutes at most
