    Very tasty and fresh. I substituted walnuts for pistashios and roasted the nuts lightly. Also added a clove of chopped garlic to the mix. Funny, I always think that I dont't care much for mint but it really made this pesto sing! Waiting to add the EVOO to the pasta rather than the nut/herb mix was a good idea. I will make this again!

    This is an amazing recipe! It is very simple to make but has complex flavors. Wonderful for company!
