    Used Cabbage, since it was what I had and was totally delicious! Went great with her sea bass recipe. Very elevated and simple - my favorite type of cheffy recipe. Thanks!!

    This was an easy side dish for a 5 course French meal I put together for friends. Great flavors and color, as well (I didn't realize how otherwise brown my meal would have been without this!
