    This dish was definitely five star in taste and very easy to make! The pork was very tender and very tasty and juicy. The only thing I changed about the recipe was that I marinated the pork chops in Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing for a couple of hours. It turned out great. Will definitely use over and over again!

    This was a great and fast dish. I will make this more often than not. The onions came out great but I did not add water to them I added a little more balsamic vinegar and it made it even better. My pork chops were also very moist and tender.
    My husband could not store raving over this dish all together and the salad was awesome.

    This is delicious and very different. I made it twice in 1 week. The second time I added thin ribbons of red bell pepper to the confit and it was great! I love Lauras show.

    Very simple, very tasty. Watch the heat under the onions--need to be really low--add a little water if they are browning too fast. Looks great on presentation
