    this was to die for!!! we ate it for a Sunday nite supper...so fast and easy...

    I was very dissapointed with this omelette. After deglazing the pan with the balsamic vinegar, the pan turned black, forcing me to go to another pan. The flavor of the omelette was flat, the bacon just ruined the taste.
