After looking over many different Potatoes Anna recipes, I ended up making this one as a side for Easter brunch. Could not have been happier. It was delicious, a beautiful presentation, easy to make and economical. I used a springform pan and followed directions as is. My potatoes were done in approx. 1 hour, 10 minutes. I let cool for 1 hour, unmolded, then served.
We are potato-lovers, and this is officially a staple dish in our house. I wish I could upload photos to show how nicely this came out.

The best potato dish ever, and I have made quite a few. My husband and I were making yummy sounds with each bite. Thank you so much Laura. I have at times added gruyere cheese grated over the layers for an added kick. So good.
