    This is one great recipe. Very down to earth cooking and taste. Recipe more than enough for two. We use left over broth the next day for wonton soup. Thanks Laura, you're the greatest. Plus you're beautiful.

    I love this recipe, it is simple, one pot, and tasty. I changed up some of the ingredients as to what I have on hand. I have a wonderful broth I can make soup from, and if there are leftovers I can make chicken salad. Great dish of a busy mother with little time. I love Laura's easy meals and they way she presents them.
