This is my first time cooking with rhubarb. I even beat the egg whites by hand. What a fun dessert to make and how delicious. I love watching Laura's show and have prepared several of her dishes with fantastic results.

I'm into all things rhubarb at the moment so had to give this a try. It was fun to make and very tasty with just the right amount of sweetness in the parfait to balance the tartness of the rhubarb.
