    Great recipe but what is the orange zest used for? Recipe says to zest orange but doesn't say what to do with it.

    Great side dish. Went well with grilled pork chops. I used mandarin oranges, as it is summer and oranges are not in season. Skeptical husband went back for seconds. Drizzled a little good olive oil on at the end. Mmmmmmm.

    This salad is wonderful for entertaining. It is crisp and light and goes so well with fish. Easy when you have unexpected guests during the week.

    I was home one afternoon and heard Laura as she was making this salad. It sounded so interesting that I just had to make it, and it was FABULOUS! I HIGHLY recommend this easy, tasty and very unique salad.
