    I think most of Laura's recipes are spot on. This is certainly a winner and served it at my ladies' luncheon along with a salad. Wouldn't change a thing. The stuffed mushrooms were the first course. What a hit! I'm trying the flourless chocolate cake this weekend.

    I've made this tart several times now and wouldn't change a thing, it's delicious! A wonderful compliment of flavors and textures and a feast for the eyes as well.

    Good recipe, but better when I substituted a bacon weave shell for the tart shell. MORE BACON!

    This is a wonderful blend of flavors and textures. It was creamy with a salty bite from the bacon and a sweet bite from the raisins. I didn't change a thing. Try it!
