If you like mushrooms, this salad is simply fantastic!!! I didn't add lemon zest and garlic the next day (just forgot and still I couldn't believe the taste, simple but delicious. I put less olive oil, though (1/2 cup because I had less than a pound of mushrooms. Will do it again often.
