Quick, easy, savory. Made it with shirataki noodles to make it low carb. Still quite delicious.

i first tried this recipe when Nigella was on Food Channel. My husband is a pasta fanatic with some cardiac issues...we both love this recipe!! It's fun for us to make together, and we love it! Heart healthy and so flavorful that we've served it to friends w/a fab salad and some garlic bread. Thx Nigella!

The husband and I thought it was quite tasty, even though I forgot the olive oil! Olive oil would have made it smoother after I put the cheese in. However, I will be making again!
