Hungry Girl, this was fantastic. I used a homemade BBQ sauce that was tangy, added a bit of light brown sugar, dash of onion powder and these BBQ bacon wrapped shrimp were wonderful. I cut the bacon into thirds instead of half. Dredging the bacon in the BBQ sauce, I did not even have to use toothpicks to hold them together. This was used as an appetizer for a foil bag baked tilapia with artichoke hearts, fresh tomatoes, black olives, diced onions, lemon and S&P. Yummy.
