Was very good used swai (asian catfish and used orange juice for the necter. Wife said must be good to have it two days in a row.

Ok, I admit it. I cheated a little on this recipe. I used store bought mango salsa from Sam's and mixed it with Head Country BBQ Sauce. It still turned out great. Kids and Hubby loved it!

Followed directions as stated. Very tasty and easy. Hubby gave ita a 5 star, also. This is a keeper.

I had to leave out the mango nectar. The hardest part was dicing the tomatoes and the mango manually. However, this recipe was so easy to make and fast to cook. I followed the recipe.
It tasted really good. I said "Mmm" when I tasted it. It made me like tilapia even more. This was the first time that I made a recipe from the Cooking Channel and I plan to make more recipes from this channel. :-
