It turned into a yucky, mushy mess. A waste of the money spent on ingredients.

This tasted a lot better than it looked : My husband, son, & I all really enjoyed this! The cauliflower gives it a really unique delicious flavor :

Creamy and delicious. It's hard to believe this is low fat. Don't worry about the macaroni, Just throw it in uncoocked and it comes out fine!

Just had this for dinner. WONDERFUL! I'm on weight watchers and it's only 5 P+ and definately worth it. I would cook the pasta even less then 1/2 to keep it a little firmer but otherwise, flavors are great. My daughter who hates vegetables didn't even know it was cauliflower.
