I used Whey Low sugar substitute instead of Splenda (Splenda has an aftertaste to me These do NOT taste artificial. Yes they are a somewhat different texture because they are low fat. I'd rather deal with a different texture and still be able to eat something sweet than to throw empty calories of white sugar and other garbage down my throat just because it's the texture I'm used to.

My husband and I made these cupcakes tonight and I thought they were really good. Very moist. I did use regular milk instead of soy because that was all we had. I will definitely make them again!! Nice to have a low calorie chocolate snack!!

I enjoy Lisa on TV, but was so disappointed with these cupcakes. Feel my money and time were wasted by buying the ingredients and taking the time to make them. Diet ingredients are NOT real food and the cupcakes tasted artificial. I knew things were bad when my 5-year-old said she didn't want to eat what was left in the batter bowl. I would rather have a small slice of a higher-calorie cake.

These are so very good and I don't feel guilty eating them either - love that feeling.

I just made these 2 nights ago after watching Hungry Girl on TV....I just happened to have the 200 Under 200 cookbook! They were fabulous. Even my kids ate them right up. Very easy, very quick...and YUMMY!
