    This was a really nice change from the regular lettuce, tomato type salad. Very flavorful but I will use the dijonnaise next time instead of dijon mustard. The salmon & the mustard were just too strong of flavors for me. I think the dijonnaise will be perfect.

    I thought this was delicious! I wrap the salad in lettuce leaves, and it is a wonderful lunch or simple dinner!
