This was AMAZING! I totally got my pasta fix, and I feel really good about it, getting my veggies in as well. I just used Jarered Pasta sauce instead and it was very delicious. I love Hungry Girl Recipes!

All Hungry Girl's recipes are so delicious and calorie wise. Thank you HG for all your help. Now I don't have to suffer with small portions. I can swap out heavy laden calorie recipes for a much lighter version and still be satisfied with the taste. I am a volume eater and her recipes have so much vegetables and fruit added to them, they are delicious and keep my belly full.

i am doing weight watchers and reading every label i can find. i even use my points tracker when i am shopping on my blackberry.
when i read the label for the tomato soup, the one i grew up with, and compared to a can of rotel tomatoes, the choice was obvious!
1 point with rotel tomatoes! half the pan! the original had too many sugars and carbs for me, the rotels left them spicy and tasty. so i gave it 5 stars cause i can work with it! i guess you could use a little fat free half and half or a little cheese wedge and adjust the points, but for us it was fine.

It was very good, but when I combined it with Lisa's fettucini it was incredible! I cooked the slaw until it was tender, added one cup of very good marinara, sauteed until all water eveaporated, added two Laughing Cow Light wedges and two tablespoons fat free sour cream. Thanks Lisa, for the recipes and inspiration!
