OMG--this was delicious! I saw it on TV, and as soon as the HG Show was over, I ran to the store to buy all of the ingredients and made it up right away. My husband even loved it! So satisfying and it WAS the meal. No need for anything else (except a beverage.

I just made this at home and was a little skeptical that I'd like it without any dressing. It was great! With the combination of flavors, the parm cheese was just the right touch. My only disagreement is that it's really too much for one serving (and I thought I was a big eater. Thanks again, Lisa.

I gave it 3 stars because I tried this at my local cafeteria salad bar. The salsa... it did not taste like salad. Maybe a taco/club salad without the taco meat.
