Don't slam a recipe because you don't like foods with additives & preservatives. If you can eat the calories of homemade mac & cheese with full fat cheeses and white sauce do so and leave the low cal swap recipes alone. Is this as good as the homemade full fat type, no of course not, but it is a good substitute for those looking for one. I liked it and am tired of just plain chicken & vegs grilled, baked and roasted. I'll take some additives in the tradeoff.

This is a great quick recipe for moms on the go! I made this the other night when I needed a fast meal before leaving the house for our evening activities. Thanks Hungry Girl!

Also if you use the good essential oils, i.e. olive, grapeseed, etc. they create the good HDLS which offset the bad HDLS. Low fat anything generally is not adviseable by the Health Care Practitioners. Food that is microwaved has been shown to have no energy left in it as photographed by the Kirlian Photography Method.

I have not made this recipe, and there is nothing wrong with adding extra vegetables to recipes to to drop the calories, but this is disgusting, you are using cheese food with preservatives and additives, same for the broccoli and cheese sauce. It is one thing to drop the calories, but it is more important to give people healthy natural options, not prepared foods full of preservatives and additives!!! Shame on you!
