These were AMAZING. I am trying to get ready for my wedding and always up for trying something new and healthy. I shared these with my family before telling them how they were made...they loved them! I even raved about these brownie muffins so much that I took some to work and my coworkers are all going home to make more. No one could taste any pumpkin and you get a workout trying to mix the batter! =)

My husband is diabetic and he LOVES these brownie muffins! Pillsbury now makes a SUGARFREE Devilsfood Cake Mix and we use that and the Pumpkin. They turn out GREAT. He has me making them for him every week now and he eats all of them! Guilt free and full of taste! Thank you sooooo much Lisa Lillian for the great idea!

These are so good. I cant believe how good they taste and the moisture in the cupcakes are better then using oils and eggs. I will bake these at least once a week and maybe even Holiday's. Wow! Thank you Hungry Girl.

The first two reviewers need to figure out what they did wrong. This recipe turned out great every time I made them. Forget mixing them by hand, get out the Kitchen Aid and have at it! They turned out big and fudgey...even took them to the gym where I work for the staff and ended up having Marketing insisting on the recipe for our monthly member newsletter.
Just one caution...DO NOT double the recipe! If you want more, make it twice.

The taste was pumpkin all the way! Awful....No chocolate taste.... This was a waste of money and calories...I just dumped the whole thing!

I gave these one star because it wouldn't let me leave it blank. These should be rated a 0! Worse thing I ever ate! I took one bite, spit it out and trashed the rest!
