I worked at The Lobster Roll aka Lunch in my hometown of Amagansett, NY from 1970-1977 (when the original Terry family owned and ran the restaurant and before and after it was expanded) and made those wonderful famous lobster rolls (and their famous coleslaw). And though I no longer live in NY, I still make them when I can get some lobster, my father was a fisherman in Montauk and we had fresh lobster all the time-now where I live it's harder to come by and the cost is sometimes beyond my pay scale! But I still love them. I don't know if Andrea still makes the even more scrumptious Hot Lobster Rolls-but they were also the envy of any lobster lover-myself included.
