    This dish was so light yet loaded with flavors! Im a seafood nut'' and especially with crab or lobster, the tastes need to marry eachother well. this dish was happily married! : ) But for a special cocktail, I used my own recipe for a clammy bloody mary & it finalized this dish with a big A+....
