Aw, man! This thing came out hard as a ROCK! And when I went to throw it out--because you can believe that I wouldn't serve this to someone unless I wanted them to laugh me off the block--it landed in the garbage can with a klunky thud. Hers looked pillowy and delicious. The taste was ok, but what good does that do you when you can't even cut through the "fudge"?! I watched the episode several times before making this and I believe that perhaps there's something lost in translation with the measurements. 2 1/3 cups brown sugar seems like a whole lot...
UPDATE: DON'T MAKE THIS RECIPE! I compared this one to the BBC version and the conversions are completely wrong! It's 1 1/2 cups brown sugar and ONE--NOT FIVE!!!--cups of marshmallows. I didn't check more and I refuse to waste more time and money on this, but I say DON'T even bother with this nonsense.
