We love mac and cheese. Thought my old family recipe was as good as it gets. Everyone who has had it raves and always requests it. We absolutely loved this "Glam" recipe by Lorraine and agree it is THE BEST mac and cheese we have ever had. I made it exactly as outlined but did add peas. It was fantastic. We have special weekend guests in a few weeks and this will definitely be part of the menu. This is the 3rd recipe I have tried of Lorraine's and each one has been amazing. Thank you, Lorraine!!!

My boyfriend made this after watching the show and it was delicious!! It is incredibly rich (as expected so this dish goes along way as you will likely want smaller portions. We are not huge fans of gorgonzola so we substituted a local white cheddar which was excellent! Highly recommend this recipe. It is excellent as is but we plan to try it with different cheeses and maybe whole milk instead of cream, but again it is delicious as written!

Oh my gosh!! Fantastic!! My husband (bless his heart doesn't quite yet understand why we go through "so much process" but he loves it anyway....! hahahaha... Thank you Lorraine for another wonderful recipe!!
