    I made these and did a mix of chevre and bleu cheese with the sun dried tomatoes and they were scrumptious. Also tried Gruyere and stone ground Dijon mustard! Especially nice with a bold red wine.

    Loved this recipe and have made several times now. We have substituted several ingredients for the sundried tomatoes including sundried tomato pesto, traditional pesto, olive taponade, preserves, etc. I love that this is a simple (although fancy looking appetizer that you can throw together at the last minute. The sundried tomato pesto version is our fave! Yum!
