Tried this with mint extract, and with nuts. Next time I'm adding espresso crystals. After that cinnamon. Would love to know if anyone has adapted this to make butterscotch pudding

I have been making this for a while now, I am addicted. I add a splash of vanilla and have tried it with almond milk too. Top with strawberries! Yummmy

I am a low-fat/fat-free chocolate pudding fanatic!!! I don't really like to buy the powdered box mixes or the refrigerator section pudding because of all the chemicals! I saw this on Good Housekeeping Drop 5 lbs. and it looked good. I just made it and it is definitely a keeper. Many other recipes that I have tried get thick while cooking and then they get runny in the refrigerator. Not this one!!! Thank you. I will be making this quite often.

Velvety smooth, so quick and easy. Love it warm or cold! I add 1/2 teaspoon of instant coffee granules to the dry ingredients to enhance the chocolate flavor - yum!

Very easy to make and affordable recipe from ingredients I already had around the house. It tasted just like store-bought pudding but for less calories.

This was really easy to make and tasted great! If you didn't tell the person you were serving it to, they would never know it was low fat and low calorie. Definitely one to make again!
