I always add peas to any pasta dish and ppl look at me like I am crazy LOL. I substituted chicken breast for the ham and it was so delicious. Thank you so much; I was wondering how I could thicken my LF milk to begin a white sauce and there you were. I will use this technique and think abt you.

A great non-meat dish if you eliminate the ham!

My family is gluten/casein free so I adjusted this recipe and I used rice milk and rice cheese instead. I agree with other review to add more spices to create a tastier flavor. Overall very good recipe and my kids like it too! :

This recipe was ok...it was a little bit lacking in flavor. Good to substitute for a high-fat alfredo sauce though. Next time I think I'll add some sauteed garlic and some other spices and whatnot to try and make it a little bit tastier.

Very good and easy to make! I'm not eating light so I used regular milk, doubled the cheese, and thought about using spinach also. Again easy to do!
