ingredients

  • Ice, for chilling
  • Celery soda
  • 2 baby kosher dill pickles on a cocktail skewer, for garnish
  • Pinch savory/seasoning salt

Directions

Combine the gin, lemon juice, pickle juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake together and strain into a collins glass over ice and top with celery soda. Garnish with baby kosher dill pickles and sprinkle with your favorite savory salt.
