I love luke Nguyen's recipes. They are simple, easy, and delicious. My family loves this chicken dish and said it tastes better than the one we ordered at the restaurants.

This is so good and so easy to prepare. Served it with jasmine rice, a Thai fruit salad and baby bok choy in a garlic sauce. I can't wait to try more of Luke's recipes.

Delicious!!!!! I was a little worry that the dish was going to be too sweet, but I was wrong. The sweetness from the sugar and young coconut juice was perfectly balanced by the saltiness of the fish sauce. The lemongrass really makes the dish SUPERB!
