    I think this is a great meal very tasty easy to prepare... an instant hit with the family... great full flavor... goes great with any kinda beef leftover you might have as well... favorite in the recipe rotation...

    The sauce is delicious! A lot of flavors popping in there. I didn't have dry sherry on hand so I just replaced that with beef broth that I was already had open for the sauce.
