    FABULOUS! This recipe was the best thing we cooked while camping in our RV last weekend. We would not change a thing. We could not find "Spanish Chorizo" so we used Linguica that I had in the freezer from home. We rarely make a recipe twice but this recipe will be made over and over and over again! Thanks RR!

    Make sure you use SPANISH CHRIOZO not Mexican - a big difference.

    This dish is a great potluck dish, also. My family loved it and it will become one of our favorite dishes. Great flavor.

    My family loved this casserole. I used half the chorizo called for in the recipe and thought the little bit of spicy flavor was perfect with the saffron rice. It does make a ton of food...perfect for a potluck or, like for our family, it makes great lunch leftovers that reheat well. I will make this again.

    This was not good. Chorizo was greasy and overpowered the chicken. Had to drain on paper towels. The rice was mushy and gross. Didn't even add the seafood and was too much food. Enough rice to feed 12. Waste of ingredients. Skip this one, way better recipes out there.
