ingredients

  • 2 cups mango chunks
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • Ice cubes, as needed
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground star anise, optional
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground mint, optional

Directions


Put the mango chunks, sugar, yogurt, ice cubes, star anise, if using, and ground mint, if using into a blender and process until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Transfer and divide the mango shake between 2 glasses and serve.
