Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons maple honey
  • 1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, grated

Directions

Whisk together the oil, maple honey, vinegar, mustard and garlic in a small bowl and serve over a bed of mesclun greens.
