    I didn't have semolina flour, so used a combination of AP and whole wheat flour. Still came out yummy. It was fun getting the family/friends involved with making the pasta so I didn't have to do it all myself. It seems they enjoyed the meal more because of their involvement. Takes time to make the little cups but well worth the time - - nice to have something a little different.
