this is awesome, i did reduce sugar syrup to less than 1/4 cup, used lindt chocolate with chile, also used brown sugar which gave more depth of flavor to it, probably could use turbino but i didnt have any

So easy to make and a GREAT tasting pudding. My husband couldn't believe it was made with Tofu!!!

Super easy and tastes great! Have a friend who is lactose intolerant. When I saw this recipe I bought some tofu and made it for him. It was a winner! I even tasted it and would never have known that it had tofu in it if I had not made it myself!

Very delicious and very easy to make. It was a tad too sweet for us, so I won't add all the simple syrup at once next time, but reserve some to add as needed once blended. I used half Ghiradelli's extra dark chips and half Hershey's special dark chips in the recipe.
I did this in my food processor, not my blender, and it worked wonderfully well. My children (ages 2 and 5 were able to help make this recipe and enjoyed
