I tried this a few days ago. This was my first time making creme brulee. This dish was amazing. My husband enjoyed it. I always wanted to make creme brulee and found this recipe to be very inviting to make. I will be making this again to share with family and friends. The ginger is awesome in this dish.

She is a very talented chef and makes me feel confident so I tried her recipes. How marvelous!!! It looks and tastes as wonderful as Lorraine presents it. Her flavor combinations are like the famous restaurants I've tasted all over the world. So GLAD to have found her on the Cooking Channel. I'm setting my DVR to record ALL her episodes. THANK YOU. Simple, elegant, surprising and WONDERFUL for my family and friends to sample at our next dinner party.
