    Ok, ....creamy I like to use 2 Parts low fat ( BUT NOT no fat buttermikl. To 1 part heavy cream. The chives are a nice addition. A Tip for mashing that my daughter showed me. If you like creamy mashed potatoes w/NO lumps....Be sure to whip potatoes well BEFORE you add ANY liquid (including butter( a liquid when melted once you add ANY liquid. the lumps will keep spinning &spinning....but NOT whip up smooth. " creamy potatoes types to use...? Try peeled russets. ..Reds are chunky and stay that way.
