Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine the sugar and cinnamon
. Cut the unbaked biscuits
in half, and then toss in the cinnamon and sugar mixture. Arrange the biscuit pieces evenly in 2 layers in the mini loaf pan. Heat the brown sugar and butter slowly in a small saucepan
until the butter is thoroughly melted, and then pour enough over the biscuits to cover the dough
. Bake until cooked through, about 14 minutes.
Let cool slightly in the pan before inverting onto a platter to release the muffins
with the remaining butter
and brown sugar
mixture and the sliced bananas
