Cut the sausage links in half lengthwise and slice into 1/4-inch pieces. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the sausage, 8 to 10 minutes, stirring every 1 to 2 minutes. Drain any grease from the skillet.
Add the cheese, cream cheese, soup and diced tomatoes to the skillet and cook on low heat. Stir often until all the cheese melts. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
