Ingredients

  • 1 pound smoked sausage
  • 1 cup milk
  • 32 ounces pasteurized prepared cheese loaf, such as Velveeta, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • One 10-ounce can cream of mushroom soup
  • One-10-ounce can diced tomatoes and green chiles, such as Ro-Tel Original
  • Tortilla chips, for serving

Directions

Cut the sausage links in half lengthwise and slice into 1/4-inch pieces. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the sausage, 8 to 10 minutes, stirring every 1 to 2 minutes. Drain any grease from the skillet.

Add the cheese, cream cheese, soup and diced tomatoes to the skillet and cook on low heat. Stir often until all the cheese melts. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
