  1. Bring 1 quart of water to a boil. When the water boils, remove from the heat and add the tea bags. Steep until the whole pot is flavored, about 10 minutes. While the tea is steeping, steam your milk. You can use the steam attachment on an espresso maker, a foamer, or a press. Pour cup of tea, add the foamed milk on top, and serve.
