  • 1/4 cup dried nectarines, cut into quarters
  • 1/4 cup dried Calmyrna figs, cut into halves
  • 1/4 cup dried cherries
  • 1/4 cup Medjool dates, pitted and cut in 1/2 lengthwise
  • 1/4 cup hazelnuts, toasted and peeled
  • 1/4 cup almonds, toasted
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds, toasted
  • 1/2 cup sesame " fries" or sticks
  • 1/2 cup sesame "bits" or crackers
